Thank you for allowing me to participate in the planning of your wedding. I have been decorating cakes for over 20 years. I enjoy the challenge of learning new techniques. Not only is it very important to me that you have a beautiful cake on you wedding day, but how it tastes is just as important to me. I know you must make many decisions about your wedding and I?m glad to be a part of this process and look forward to helping you create the perfect cake for your wedding.

During our first consultation you will be able to sample my cakes and discuss ideas you have for your cake. The only limits are your imagination. Please feel free to let me know if you have something special you would like on the cake. As your wedding approaches, it is understandable that there may be some changes to the size of the cake; this is not a problem as long as appropriate notice is given.

I will coordinate with the selected florist, reception hall, or the wedding coordinator, to ensure the cake is delivered in a timely fashion. If I am responsible for placing the flowers on the cake there will be an extra charge.
